Convulsive

I’m THRILLED to announce my first fiction collection is on the way!

CONVULSIVE

will be released in April 2022!

The book will feature fifteen stories chosen from over fifty pieces I’ve had published in the past four years. I’m grateful to the publishers who first gave these stories homes. Each publication was a step toward building confidence and learning not to compromise.

I’m excited to work with Apocalypse Party Press. They published two of my favorite recent books: Negative Space by B.R. Yeager and Terminal Park by Gary Shipley. If you haven’t read them, here’s the website: https://www.apocalypse-party.com/books.html

Here’s the brilliant cover by Matthew Revert:

From Apocalypse Party Press:

“So excited to announce that we are publishing CONVULSIVE, an incredible and utterly terrifying collection by Joanna Koch (@horrorsong) in April 2022! These stories explore religion, abuse, desire, and gender, all through Joe’s pristinely rendered prose. More details soon!”
