Halloween Reads

Did I mention a while back that the anthology “In Darkness Delight” was a two-volume set? Right in time for Halloween, Volume 2: “Creatures of the Night” is out with some of my favorite fellow Corpus Press authors, and many others I’m excited to read. I’m not sure what kind of creature this guy on the cover purports to be, but here you can see his cheerful face (or lack thereof) and read the exciting and impressive author list:

If you still haven’t picked up Volume 1: “Masters of Midnight” which includes my story “Every Lucky Penny Is Another Drop Of Blood,” please know I forgive you and there is ample time prior to spooky doings in October to catch up. As the twisted author of the story, I may be the only person who finds it comical, albeit darkly. I’d say we Masters got the more handsome model for our cover. Guess I’m a bit biased towards necromancers.

Need more scares? Two gigantic volumes aren’t enough? Who’s the twisted one now, huh? In the past, Corpus Press has released many excellent Halloween anthologies, and you can’t go wrong with any of them. If your Halloween lust is not satiated by “In Darkness Delight,” check out last year’s “Doorbells At Dusk” or any of the “Bad Apples” series and get yourself some treats.
